I seriously love these!
Check out the Hope series at crissilangwell.com/hope-series. Hope at the Crossroads, Book 2 of the Hope series, publishes Sept. 5. Find out more about it here. You can also see my latest post on what the book is about and why this series means so much to me here.
A couple weeks ago I conducted a poll through this blog, Facebook, and Instagram to decide which cover was the best for my upcoming book, Reclaim Your Creative Soul. Here’s a reminder of the choices.
My mind was already set on which cover I loved, but I wanted to see if everyone agreed. I was even willing to allow myself to be swayed if the majority disagreed. And for good measure, I threw in one oddball choice, one of my earlier designs of the novel.
And dang if everyone didn’t fall in love with it.
I have to admit, I was surprised when everyone gravitated toward this cover. But the more I’ve looked at it, the more I love it. It’s eye catching and fun, and it fits with the conversational guide I share within the covers.
Here’s the design for the back cover:
That paint splatter adds so much fun for the design!
So thank you, everyone, for steering me toward Reclaim Your Creative Soul’s cover. This book will be published on March 15!
I love how much feedback I got on the cover for Reclaim Your Creative Soul! A lot of you not only chose your favorite filter, but you also gave suggestions on things to try. So here are the final 6 options. I know which one is my favorite, but I want to give every option a chance. I even put the original design in here, in case you’re partial to that one.
Let me know which of these options you like the best by leaving a comment.
I’ll be counting votes from here, Instagram and Facebook, and will post the results in a few days.
I’ve come up with a new book cover option, but I need your help, once again. I have two questions for you:
- Do you like this option?
- Which of the three do you like the best?
Note: they’re all the same, but the first has no filter, and the second and third have a light filter.
Hey everyone! I am working on final edits to the cover for Reclaim Your Creative Soul. Here are three options. The fonts are not finalized, and suggestions are definitely welcomed! This will also be viewed in online stores at small sizes, so that is something to keep in mind.
Of these three options, which one is your favorite? Or is there an idea I didn’t try that you think I should?
