After Savior Complex, so many of you asked if we’d hear more from Jordy Gallo. Love her or hate her, she had a story that needed to be told. But instead of continuing Sunset Bay, I knew she needed a fresh start.
Enter The Jilted Lovers Club, the first book in my upcoming Lahoma Springs series!
Located in Northern California, Lahoma Springs is a charming farming town inspired by my own hometown of Petaluma (fun fact!). Expect family-owned businesses, small-town gossip, and a close-knit community that makes it very hard for outsiders like Jordy to fit in.
And then there’s the sexy as hell MC. Meet Ashton Elliot. Most of you will be meeting him for the first time, but deep-dive readers may recognize him from Hope for the Broken Girl! That’s right—this sexy Creole single dad rancher (broad shoulders, thick thighs, trucker cap…you’re welcome) is stepping into the spotlight.
So Lahoma Springs ties together not one, but TWO Crissi Langwell book worlds! And I can’t wait for you to see how.
I don’t have a publish date for you yet, though it’s planned for this year. I’m currently in editing mode, and I’m really happy with how it’s turning out. Also, this series could have as many as five books (or more!), and they all read like standalones in the same world (just like Sunset Bay).
