Note: This page has been created to correspond with the book, Reclaim Your Creative Soul: The secrets to organizing your full-time life to make room for your craft. If you came here without reading the book first, I encourage you to download it today. It is not only an inspiring read for creating order in all areas of your life, it would also support me as an author. Find out more information at crissilangwell.com/creative-soul.
Each Saturday, my husband and I sit down and plan out the dinners we will be making for that week. Once our meal plan is created, we can then create our shopping list. This weekly habit we’ve created has alleviated so much stress in our household. Our kids never have to guess what’s for dinner. We never have to waste time wondering what we’re going to make. And we can guarantee we will have all the ingredients we need to make something delicious for that night.
With so many things that take up our time, meal planning shouldn’t be one of them!
To help you get started with creating your own meal plan, I have created a list of 30 simple meals you can make at home, and corresponding shopping lists to ensure you have every ingredient you need.
Note: This 30-day menu does not account for food allergies or sensitivities. However, there are plenty of choices on this menu that may still apply to your dietary guidelines, or that can be easily amended.
This meal plan was put together to help creative people organize their life to make room for their craft. More time-savers and organization tips can be found in the book, Reclaim Your Creative Soul: The secrets to organizing your full-time life to make room for your craft.
